Refund policy

Paper Tree will accept "change of mind" returns for 30 days, assuming the products are unopened and in new condition. Return shipping will not be covered and a restocking fee may apply in some cases. Faulty and damaged products will be covered under the consumer guarantee's act, although pictures damage may be required within 24 hours of delivery, so the carrier can be notified.
